Subject: Electronic channels for contacting Islamic Bank of Thailand B.E. 2566

Whereas section 10 paragraph one of the Electronic Operations Act B.E.
government or relevant government officials via electronic channels announced by government agencies It shall be deemed that such government agency or government official receives it on the date and time that the request for permission or communication enters the system. It is expedient to establish an electronic channel for citizens to submit applications or contact Islamic Bank of Thailand by electronic means in order to facilitate and reduce the burden on the public. Including increasing the efficiency of the performance of government officials.
By virtue of Section 10 paragraph one of the Electronic Operations Act B.E. 2565, the director and manager of the Islamic Bank of Thailand hereby issues the following announcement:

Item 2. In the event that the applicant or contacted via the channel under item 1 wishes to inquire or obtain confirmation from the Islamic Bank of Thailand that the request or contact has been received, inquiries may be made on official days and times at telephone number 1302.
Article 3. People may use the method of recording images from computer screens or electronic devices. as preliminary evidence that an application has been submitted or contacted the Islamic Bank of Thailand through the channels specified in item 1
