Job Description:

• Leading and managing a team of software developers, System Analysts and Business Analysts including task preparation and code evaluations.
• Provide technical expertise and ensure delivery of high-quality software with scalable and well-structured codes
• Participate in requirements, architecture and design analysis.
• Lead and monitor the Full Stack Development team and vendors, collaborate with stakeholders e.g. PM, UX/UI, BA, and infra team to ensure software quality.
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
• Works cross functionally with business, product, support and operations.

Qualifications & Skill Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related fields.
• 12+ years of experience in Information Technology, covering all aspects of IT operation especially Development and Infrastructure. (focusing on Development software/application)
• At least 10 years of work experience in full-stack development
• Experience in Front-end (e.g., ReactJS, VueJS, Javascript) and Back-end (e.g., .net, C#, PHP, Golang)
• Understand design principle such as S.O.L.I.D., OOP.
• Experience with Laravel, Phalcon, MongoDB, MariaDB, RESTful API.
• Experience with system architecture and design.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in Mobile application development would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of container technologies like Docker
• Knowledge inITIL, CMMi, Project Management (PM), Finance & Budgeting
• Familiar with MS Azure, Microservice, and RESTfulAPI
