Thailand and Egypt established diplomatic relations in 1954, fostering cooperation in various fields, including trade, education, and economic engagement. Bilateral trade has continued over the years, with Thailand exporting agricultural products, food items, and rubber products to Egypt. Egypt, in turn, supplies Thailand with selected chemical products, including fertilizers, and other industrial goods. Both countries continue to explore opportunities to expand economic cooperation and investment in areas of mutual interest.
