Visit the website to register in the e-Student system.
2. Register and request password.
Register to receive password. It will take 1 hour for the system to examine and verify civil registration. After receiving password, enter the system to fill in financing application.
3. Student submit financing application form and education institutions undertake financing consideration process.
Financing candidates wait for an interview with education institutions. Students qualifications will be reconsidered every education year within annual budgeted fund.
4. Open account with ibank.
After being approved, students open savings account with the Bank at any branch. The cost of living fund will be transferred to this account. Documents required are
  • Letter of financing approval from the student Loan Fund.
  • National ID card, a copy of census registration, student ID    card (With photo). The account name will be as specified in national ID card and census registration. No opening deposit amount. Waive ATM entrance fee.
5. Contract signing
Student prints 2 identical copies of financing contracts (original and counterpart) and prepare contract supportive document (a copy of bank book, national ID card, and census registration) Guarantor, witness and representatives of education institutions sign a contract at education institutions.
6. Signature confirmation
Student contract education institutions to sign a confirmation form and verify financing amount in the registration form/confirmation of tuition fee and living cost forms. Education institutions confirm the completion of financing process via the student loan system.
7. Disburse funds from ibank.


Applicant qualifications
  • Educational level – High school level (professional and vocational school), Undergraduate level (Associate, Bachelor’s Degrees) both regular and special classes, Vocational Level (High Vocational Certificate, Associate and Bachelor’s Degrees).
  • Thai nationality
  • Being a person with a lack of funds with household income of less than 200,000 baht per year.
  • Have good grade or pass education institutions evaluation criteria.
  • Have been in good behavior and not seriously violated education institutions rules and regulations. Not being guilty of any infamous conduct.
  • Satisfy all the qualifications specified in the entrance examinations announcement of schools or education institutions under the supervision of the Ministry of Education or other ministries or administrative agencies.
  • Not already having Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Not being a permanent employee during the course of education.
  • Not being a person who has legally declared bankruptcy.
  • Not being or have never been sentenced to imprisonment under ultimate verdict, except the case of involuntary or misdemeanor crime.
  • Age of applicants plus a 2-year grace period plus installment period must not exceed 60 years.
The education institution will consider the applicant’s every education year within the annual budgeted fund.
