Objective
  • To buy new or old home.
  •  To construct/repair/renovate home.
  •  To redeem home.
  •  To purchase land for home construction.
Financing line-Minimum 300,000 Baht, maximum 20 million Baht
Collateral-Single home,townhome,twin home,commercial building,condominium units.
Repayment period-3-5 years.
Applicant qualifications
  •  Thai nationality.
  •  Age of applicant plus repayment period
              -  Permanent employee-not exceeding 60.
              -  Individual with specific occupational expertise - not exceeding 65.
              -  Self-employed individual - not exceeding 70.
 Income
  • Permanent employee - minimum monthly income of 15,000 Baht.
  • Self-employed individual - minimum monthly income of 20,000 Baht.
 Work period
  •  Permanent employee - at least 2 years in current job.
  • Self-employed individual-more than 3 years in business.

The Bank has the right to provide service to applicants with sound financial records.
Selling rate/Profit installment rate (after discount)
  • Maximum selling/profit rate for consumer financing with collateral = 18% per year.
